David Lintz

David R. Lintz began his career in development services in 1975 with the Washington County, Ore., Planning Department. He left government for work in the private sector, performing project management services for Tektronix, Quadrant Corp., Hillman Properties, Rees and Associate, and Transwestern Investment Co., David formed Meadowlark Partners LLC in 1995. Personally responsible for managing more than 3 million square feet of development projects valued at over $140 million, David has acquired wide-ranging experience in site selection, master planning, entitlement, land partitioning, design construction, tenant improvement and lease negotiation.

Equally important as David's technical skills are the relationships he has developed. His deep involvement with the real estate, design and construction communities, as well as his experience with multiple jurisdictions, allows him to keep a project moving forward toward a timely and successful completion.

A graduate of Montana State University with a Master of Architecture degree, David received his M.B.A. from the University of Portland in 1980. David has been a licensed architect in the state of Oregon since 1980, and he also holds a Real Estate Broker's license.
