a site for your new location. Meadowlark Partners understands
your needs and will make sure the job is carried out
in the most precise, professional manner. Employing
our knowledge and expertise on local, state and federal
land-use and other requirements, we will take responsibility
for completing the myriad of complexities involved in
acquiring and developing land.
Representing your interests, Meadowlark Partners will
conduct preliminary title research. We'll coordinate
Level One and Level Two environmental reports. We'll
organize utility easements and research utility agencies
and providers for "will-serve" commitments.
Then we'll oversee geotechnical consultants on an analysis
for site suitability, as well as coordinating the work
of architectural and civil engineering contractors.
Next, we'll direct the design and coordination of master
planning documentation. This includes preparing pro
forma data and feasibility analysis including market
overview, product type and vacancy absorption. Finally,
we will review appraisal information and conduct site
work analysis.
